Represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Femi Adedipe, the Commissioner said the beneficiaries should take advantage of the Life Skill Training acquired and become employers of labour, rather than employees or job seekers.

Otunba Fasae who noted that the training centered on small poultry, pig production and management, urged the beneficiaries to take the training seriously as it is a source of income through sales of meat, eggs, birds as well as poultry manure.
Adedara Adefemi and Abosede Ayeni who spoke on behalf of other beneficiaries of the programme appreciated the state government for the exercise; saying that EK- CARES programme has helped in ameliorating the suffering among the extremely poor and vulnerable as a result of the the COVID -19 pandemic that ravaged the world in year 2020.
They both appealed to the government to sustain the programme so that other people can benefit from the EK- CARES initiative.
