Ekiti State Governor,Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has approved the provision of logistics and financial support to members of the Ekiti State Football Referees Council participating in the upcoming national fitness test in Benin, Edo State.
The Technical Advisor to the Governor on Sports Development, Dr. (Mrs) Olusola Osetoba who made this known in Ado-Ekiti said that the support of the Governor is part of efforts to ensure the success of referees from the state in the fitness test

While expressing the appreciation of the Commission to the Governor for also providing a bus that will convey the referees to and from the venue of the fitness test in Benin, Dr Osetoba urged the referees to put in their best and be good ambassadors of the state at the event.
Also speaking in the same vein, the Acting Chairman of the Ekiti State Football Referee Council, CSC Kayode Onilearo along with his executive members, expressed their gratitude to the Governor for this significant support.
They assured that the Ekiti contingent will represent the state well at the national fitness test.
