The State Project Coordinator of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES), Mr. Olayinka Adedipe has charged workers in the scheme to work diligently in the New Year towards achieving the target of improving livestock productivity, resilience and commercialization of selected value chains.

Mr. Adedipe who made the call in Ado-Ekiti during his maiden meeting with staff of the World Bank assisted Programme in the New Year, said that the programme is in tandem with the agenda for Agriculture in the six developmental pillars of Governor Oyabanji’s administration.

Reviewing the activities of the unit in 2023, Mr. Adedipe stressed the need to redouble efforts towards achieving the project’s development objectives.

Adedipe urged members of staff to make punctuality and diligence to duties their watchwords, adding that unity and sincerity of purpose should be prioritized in their day-to-day activities.

He however warned that he would not condone any act of indiscipline or any action that are inimical to achieving the aims and objectives of the project.
